FAQ | Flowers n' Vases – Delivery & Custom Floral Questions
Q: Do you have photos of your work?
A: Yes! The website showcases a range of past designs to help give you a feel for my style. Every arrangement is custom-made, so while no two are exactly alike, you’ll get a sense of the artistry and palette options I offer.
Q: How much do arrangements cost?
A: Most designs start at $85, with final pricing depending on the size and the types of flowers you request. Premium blooms like peonies or specialty roses will increase the cost, especially outside peak season. The website allows you to browse by collection and customize your palette.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through the website. If you’re looking for something specific or custom, I recommend reaching out at least 2–3 days in advance so I can source the freshest blooms for your piece.
Q: Can I send a photo of what I want?
A: You're welcome to send a photo to share a general vibe, but I don’t copy other designers’ work. All arrangements are made to order and designed with intention, so I’ll use your preferences as inspiration to create something personal and one-of-a-kind.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all orders are typically delivered next day. I source flowers weekly based on orders, so not all varieties are kept on hand at all times. If you need same-day delivery, reach out—if I can accommodate your request, I’ll gladly do so!
Q: What if I’m not sure what to order?
A: That’s okay! The Designer’s Selection option is perfect if you’d like me to create something based on seasonal availability and your chosen color palette. Or, feel free to get in touch and I’ll help guide you based on the occasion and your budget.
Q: What if I don’t see something with the flowers I want?
A: I design around seasonally available blooms, so not all flowers are in stock at all times. If there's something specific you're hoping for, feel free to include it in your notes — and I’ll let you know if it's available or offer a thoughtful alternative. Custom work means working with what’s fresh, beautiful, and in season — and I promise, it’ll still feel special.
